- Sketch will be completed within 1-2 days. Depending on colouring/complexity of the commission, finished work could take anywhere from 1-3weeks
-You have until the sketch to cancel a commission
-when the sketch is completed and both parties are happy, payment is due in full. This is negotiable.
-until payment is recieved, sketch will be on hold/watermark will not be removed.

- Buyer can request a refund on orders with no progress after 4 weeks - or when the work has not been completed within 8 weeks. This is subject to change WITH communication between both buyer and seller.

- I am allowed to decline commission requests at any time UNTIL payment is received/first sketch is sent.

Concept Characters
- If there is no previous photo of a character you want commissioned (a descriptive oc) I have a form that can be filled out :)
- Since there is no previous reference, these characters can go through various trial and error until both parties are happy so pricing varies
- I will create various concept sketches and when buyer is satisfied with one a more detailed sketch will be made
